Nice start of the day!
Have to enjoy the last days of pregnancy before I turn in to a milk factory! It has been a very easy one and I´m so grateful to still be able to do some exercise even now with 9 months!
Stand up paddle (SUP) It´s one of the activities that are truly relaxing and almost meditational…
There is something about being out there alone in silence just paddling.
Kind of cliché but nature + exercise really can “charge” us up! No Doubt!
I hear about a SUP group of girls in Oslo that it should be happening on summer but it never did, So I was thinking that maybe we could do it! What do you think?
It is really easy to hold balance (I´m two days away from my due date!!!) And I highly recommend the same kind of board as mine that is INFLATABLE! It can go with you anywhere! You don´t need a giant car or live by the ocean to practice.
We got this one because it can also work as a windsurf board to Isabelle 🙂 She even got a mini sail called MICROFREAK and we can wait to teach her how to sail 🙂
This board BTW it´s a FANATIC FLY AIR 11` But if you AREN`T going to use as a windsurf board you can find several cheaper inflatable models out there!
