The brazilian economist that in one of his business trips to Africa started to seriously taking photographs showing their cruel social and economical conditions.
He chose to abandon a career as an economist and switched to photography in 1973, Nowadays He´s an unicef ambassador and still going with documentary photography. Beautiful exemple of social work and art at the same time.
